Having him come out every 6 months to service my heating and cooling system gives me peace of mind all year that my system will be safe and running smoothly! Weis was able to send someone out the same day I called, which was good since it was in the mid-90s and my AC wasn't working at all! Rich was able to diagnose and fix my AC unit in under 30 minutes, getting our house back to being cool again. They were very upfront about pricing, which was very reasonable. Rich was very professional and courteous. I would certainly recommend them and will definitely give them a call next time I need service!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. 2-hour service window was nice, compared to other HVAC contractors wanting me to hang around all day. AC was fixed and running within 45 mins. Tony Frisch and the Weis team have been out to our house at least 5-6 times this past year. We have "unicorn" situations with our Mini-Split AC units and our Boiler/Radiators that are older than my wife and I combined. It's never comforting running into HVAC issues when you really need it, but their customer service (Brittany and group dispatching) and knowledge have helped us save money and avoid very costly repairs. We had a Preventative maintenance contract with another large HVAC in our area. We switched to Weis for a better price, but we also gained better service.

Not quite a week ago, Weis Comfort Systems installed a new heating and cooling system in our house. The installation was smooth and did not interrupt our normal, everyday activities. The two men who completed the installation were friendly, courteous, and, at times, even entertaining. When the work was completed we spent time talking with the men about the installation and exchanged some personal stories on various topics. We have never experienced service like this!

The service personnel has been to my home several times since we moved to our new home in 2014. We were unfamiliar with geo-thermal and the people at Weis have explained the workings of the system and backup heat or cooling. Repairmen are always courteous and professional. Weis has been servicing our furnace and air conditioner for decades. Mostly the service calls are for regular maintenance. A few have been for repair. All calls were handled professionally. I can't remember having to call a second time because the problem was not corrected.
Weis also installed a new furnace and air conditioner during the mid-1990s. Again the company did an excellent job.
